Client data stays in client-controlled infrastructure. AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini and others) are accessed over encrypted connections with no training on your data. You can bring your own keys.
Access is per person, with a login and an audit trail. Mutual NDA is standard before any diagnosis that touches your records.
