ABOUT NANANAMI

A small team. Senior credentials.

Nananami is a Seattle-headquartered AI consultancy. Architecture, sales, and client-facing from Seattle. Engineering bench through our partner IotecBol. Senior advisors with European PhDs and Swiss industry credentials.

Why we exist

Nananami exists because AI work in FDA-regulated environments needs a rare combination: engineers who have actually shipped under design controls, plus the multi-agent depth to compress validation paperwork without compromising rigor. Our founder spent years at Roche and Silicon Valley health-tech startups before deciding that combination was worth building a consultancy around.

We pair that with three senior advisors who anchor distinct technical practice areas: distributed systems and program analysis, signal processing and sensor AI, edge AI and embedded systems. International research and patent records that hold up to diligence.

On the other end of the spectrum, smaller teams need productized AI agents to automate the workflows that cost them real money every month. They do not need senior architecture consulting; they need a working agent, on a schedule, at a fair price. So we built Agent Studio for them.

Two service lines. Same brand, same team underneath. The first sets the credibility bar. The second keeps the engineering bench productive and serves a different audience well.

ENGINEER

Boris Pedraza

Senior engineer with 3+ years at IotecBol. Ships AI agent implementations day-to-day. Continuing as a remote contributor from Europe (EPFL track) starting later in 2026.

Photo + bio update pending Boris's final draft.

ENGINEERING BENCH

UPB-trained, full US business-day overlap

Our engineering bench at IotecBol delivers Agent Studio sprints and supports FDA-Validation implementations. Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB) Computer Science backgrounds, English-fluent, full US business-day overlap (delivery from Cochabamba, four hours ahead of Pacific Time).

Current bench includes Sebastian Itamari and two additional engineers, recommended through IotecBol's network. Working under IotecBol's MSA with Nananami.

PARENT ENTITY

Nananami is operated by Seven Waves Technologies LLC, a Washington State entity. Engineering delivery is through IotecBol under a Master Services Agreement.

Senior Advisors

Three senior advisors anchor distinct technical practice areas across the offering. Each reviews architecture and signs off on engagements matched to their expertise.

DELIVERY

Seattle architecture, UPB engineering, full US business-day overlap

Architecture, sales, and client-facing from Seattle. UPB Computer Science engineering bench based in Cochabamba (four hours ahead of Pacific Time). Senior advisor reviews from Switzerland and Europe. The team operates as one across time zones.

How we work

Fixed price by default

Hourly is a last resort. We absorb scope risk in exchange for clarity.

Documentation is part of the deliverable

Runbook, ADRs, recorded handoff. Not an afterthought.

Multi-agent in production is the bar

Tutorials are not the same as shipping. We run what we sell.

Plain English, no jargon walls

Domain terms when they are correct. No invented words to sound smart.
